Yoga and the Art of Mudras is a guided journey into the alchemy of asana (yoga pose) and mudra (symbolic hand gesture). In this book, I fuse my passion for yoga and dance with my love for bhakti (devotion). In so doing, I have created a unique and contemporary yoga system that encompasses all three healing arts.

Steeped in her lifelong experience of the Bhakti and Hatha Yoga traditions, Nubia has created a truly classic mudra practice to treasure and draw from for the rest of your life. Odissi is a classical Indian dance, a traditional Bhakti practice and a ritualist spiritual path. Bhakti Nova Dance is a modern expression of Odissi, based on its Sacred Art form and translated to a universal body language.
Take the initiative to nurture yourself, your family and your community. In my trainings, I approach Yoga as a nurturing and devotional art that perceives and integrates the human being in all of her complexity: body, mind and emotions.
Pranayama is a tool to develop self-knowledge, self-healing and meditation. Prana, the vital energy present in the air that we breathe, links our inner and outer environments and connects us with our essence and with the Magnitude of Nature.
Reiki is a hands on-healing practice that supports harmony in the physical, emotional and mental bodies. Reiki flows as divine light energy and provides deep relaxation and realignment with spirit.
